1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In the same condition as received
- With original tags and packaging intact
2. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Email us at abhisheklal@teevoque.com with your order number and reason for return.
- You can also click on Return & Exchange Tab on your orders page to raise Return &
Exchange request, We will contact you accordingly.
3. Return Shipping Charges
We will bear the return shipping charges.
4. Refund Policy
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
- In Case of Cash on Delivery Payment mode, we will provide refund in our wallet,
which can be used for further purchases.
5. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to product availability. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll dispatch the replacement within 3–5 business days.
